Book Cigars: Impossible collection by Assouline
Description
In the highly anticipated new volume of Assouline's bestselling ultimate collection, The Impossible Collection of Cigars envisions the ultimate humidor packed with the most notable cigars of the 20th and 21st centuries from the most prestigious manufacturers. Like the pop of the Champagne cork, the flick of the lighter or the strike of the match and the first draw of smoke are synonymous with celebration, relaxation and camaraderie. A luxurious break from the surrounding world, an exceptional hand-rolled cigar has established itself as a civilized passion and refined pastime over the centuries.
The Impossible Collection of Cigars is an offer for readers to travel to the fabulous Cuban tobacco farms, getting up close and personal with the torcedores (master cigar rollers) as they discover the world's most laudable and coveted cigars. Considering the differences and attributes of cigars like the Padrón of Nicaragua to Arturo Fuente of the Dominican Republic and Davidoff of Geneva, from the Rocky Patel of Honduras to the Graycliff of the Bahamas and, of course, Cuba's arsenal of legendary cigarettes, Sigmond's list is a list that any connoisseur could only dream of having.
This oversized, hand-bound deluxe edition, featuring handmade cigars and authentic cigar bands and presented in a traditional cigar box, is a must-have for any sincere cigar lover's collection.
The non-uniform effect in the middle of the book can be attributed to the handmade nature of the Impossible Collection series.
Exclusive white gloves and canvas tote bag are included with every purchase of an Ultimate Collection book.
